From our regionally inspired cuisine to crafted cocktails and boutique weddings, our food and beverage team plays a crucial role in creating unforgettable moments.We are looking for a hands-on Full Time Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead our team across a range of outlets. If youre someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and knows how to deliver exceptional guest service while driving team engagement and operational excellence this could be the perfect next step in your hospitality journey.Youll play a key role in delivering our superior guest service experience and will respond to guest needs and issues as they arise. Youll supervise, direct, and support our F&B teams with their day-to-day operations, ensuring engagement, development and a consistent standard of excellence throughout all service periods.Every day is different, but youll mostly be:Leading and supporting outlet operations with a strong floor presence, especially during eveningsManaging opening, closing, and reset procedures across multiple F&B venuesOverseeing daily team performance, coaching and mentoring staff on service standards and guest engagementCoordinating and writing rosters in line with budget and business demandsMaintaining compliance with RSA, HACCP, WHS, and IHG brand standardsHandling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experienceAssisting in the coordination of inventory, stocktakes, and orderingSupporting upselling initiatives and training staff in product knowledgeWhat we need from you:At least 23 years experience in a hotel food & beverage or restaurant leadership positionExtensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledgePrevious experience with point-of-sale systems, particularly Shiji Infrasys, would be highly advantageous.Previous experience managing team rostersA current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificateExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA dynamic, confident, and professional personality with a genuine passion for hospitalityHigh standard of personal presentation and attention to detailFlexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidaysFull working rights in AustraliaWhat you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
