You thrive in community-focused environments and know how to build high-performing teams. Youre quick to connect with patrons and local clubs, and youre not afraid to innovate to drive results.Key AccountabilitiesManage daily operations of caf, bar, and restaurantLead, train, and roster F&B staff for optimal performanceCollaborate with kitchen and event teams for seamless serviceMonitor inventory and negotiate with suppliersPlan menus, pricing, and promotionsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulationsManage budgets and drive revenue growthStay current with industry trends and technologiesEssential Skills And Qualifications5+ years in F&B management (bars, restaurant, functions, or events)Relevant certifications in hospitality or F&B managementKnowledge of F&B industry trends, best practices and regulations.Proficiency in F&B management systems and operations.Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsCustomer-focused mindset and ability to thrive under pressureWA Approved Manager CertificationNational Police CheckCurrent First Aid CertificateAbout The VenueEast Fremantle Community Park is a unique, integrated space combining sport, leisure, and hospitality.
