You will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and implementing complex workout strategies, securing internal approvals through detailed credit submissions and managing the operational execution of these strategies.The role involves close collaboration with external consultants such as insolvency accountants, panel lawyers, and valuers, as well as overseeing the appointment of controllers to realise BOQs security interests. You will also manage the establishment and variation of loan facilities, ensure accurate data is maintained across all banking systems and complete all required reports and registers. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.About YouDegree in business/accounting/finance relation discipline (essential).Previous experience with retail and business lending (essential).Post graduate studies in business/accounting/finance relation discipline (preferred).Previous experience in Asset Management, Insolvency or similar (essential).Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem solving and customer service skills.Strong knowledge of relevant legislations, including but not limited to: Consumer Credit Code, Privacy Act, Corporations Law and Banking Code of Practice.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage challenging borrower communications.Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TeamsAbout UsBOQ Group is a truly unique group of challenger brands with a purpose to provide a genuine alternative to Australian financial services for customers and employees.Our family of brands (Bank of Queensland (BOQ), ME Bank, Virgin Money Australia, BOQ Specialist), each come with their own defined customer audience and brand personality, but share one goal to build social capital through banking.
