Council is seeking a highly organised, energetic and customer-focused Stadium Supervisor to liaise with schools and external sporting groups, develop programs, organise events that promote our Stadium and provide a vibrant, viable and high-quality facility that meets the indoor sport and recreation needs of our visitors and community. This role requires excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering high quality customer service outcomes.Reporting to the Aquatics and Recreation Manager, you will collaborate with a team to deliver a customer-centric approach with the community.Our ideal candidate will;Have tertiary qualifications in business administration / sports management and/or extensive experience in a similar role.Be flexible and adaptable. Work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, and adjust to changing priorities.Take pride in contributing to a space that serves the local community and supports events, sports, and recreation.Enjoy interacting with the public and providing a positive experience for visitorsHave experience in facilities managementHave demonstrated experience in the planning and administration of sport and recreation programs.About UsShellharbour City, located in the Illawarra region, is just 80 minutes south of Sydney and is home to over 82,000 people in a city that spans 154 square kilometres.
