The Clinical Nurse/Midwife Educator (CNME), working in collaboration with the Nursing/Midwifery Unit Manager, will play a critical role in identifying, developing, implementing, and evaluating educational initiatives for staff within the designated ward or unit.In this position, the CNME will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical education, orientation programs, competency accreditation, and ongoing professional development support to nursing and midwifery staff as well as students.
