You will manage the daily clinic flow, mentor staff, drive rebooking and retail performance, and support the growth and culture of the team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both people leadership and operational structure with a long-term pathway into a senior management position as the business scales.Key Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day clinic operations and support a productive, high-performing environmentProvide hands-on treatment when required, maintaining service excellence and leading by exampleGuide team performance across KPIs including rebooking, retail conversion, and treatment outcomesSupport training, protocol implementation, and team development plansEnsure a consistently high-quality client experience throughout all stages of serviceLiaise closely with the CEO to execute strategic plans and business growth initiativesAbout YouYou are an experienced therapist and/or have clinic management experience, who thrives in leadership roles and brings a calm, clear presence to your team and clients.To be successful in this role, you will have:A minimum of 3 years experience in skin or beauty therapyHave experience as a clinic manager or in a leadership roleStrong understanding of clinic operations and service-based KPIsNatural leadership skills and emotional intelligenceConfidence in retail, rebooking, and treatment plan conversionA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetA genuine interest in growing within a fast-paced, evolving businessThis position is designed to evolve into a more senior management role within the first 612 months.
