Were looking for a people-first, proactive and detail-savvy Community Manager to help us keep the wheels turning and the good vibes flowing for approximately 20 hours per week (8am-12PM M-F or similar)This role blends admin, hospitality, light marketing and community care, perfect for someone who gets joy from a well-stocked fruit bowl, a sparkling clean coffee machine, and a member who feels seen and supported.What youll do: Keep the space running smoothlyStay on top of tasksPrioritise onboarding ideally completed same day or by next morningReply to member or lead inquiries within 24 hoursBe the go-to for day-to-day questions around the space Build connections & support our communityWelcome members in-person and online (Slack is our digital home)Onboard and offboard members, room bookings and day pass usersManage room bookings, catering and setupHelp virtual members feel included with check-ins and welcome messages Keep things looking & feeling freshTidy desks, wipe surfaces, vacuum, and keep the kitchen hummingCheck coffee, milk, fruit, and other key suppliesWater the plants and keep our brochures well-stockedFlag maintenance issues early and proactively plan restocks Bring the vibes with events & light marketingPlan and deliver monthly social events think casual, fun and easygoingManage setup, catering and logisticsHelp with marketing support: Slack posts, signage, light content (photos or updates)Keep physical materials and displays up to date Youll thrive in this role if you:Are friendly, professional and naturally people-focusedAre organised and love a good checklist (ClickUp experience = a plus!)Communicate clearly and confidently (in person and in writing)Have an eye for detail and care about presentationEnjoy juggling a bit of everything: admin, events, people, problem-solvingTake initiative and notice things before they become issues Perks of working with us:Be part of a growing, creative community in a beautiful riverside locationWork somewhere that genuinely cares about people and connectionAccess the coworking space, events and coffee on the houseMake a real impact in shaping how our members experience Salty SpacesTo apply:Shoot us an email at hello@saltyspaces.com with a short intro and your resume.
