Youll feel like part of their journey not just the paperwork.About you:Proven experience in a similar role loan processing and/or credit analyst is essential.Confident with MyCRM (Loan Market / LMG platform).Strong understanding of residential lending, policy, credit, and documentation.Comfortable managing a pipeline from onboarding to approval resi loans only.Excellent communicator warm, confident, and people-focused.Team player who loves to contribute, collaborate, and work with purpose.Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent).About the business:Were a people-first, boutique brokerage with a warm, trusted brand and a collaborative, family-friendly culture.
