Youll have a can-do attitude, a growth mindset and a drive to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation that supports Queenslands sick kids and their families.This role is full-time and is based at our corporate offices in South Brisbane.Working closely with the Brand, Marketing and Communications team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:Providing support to the Brand, Marketing & Communications team through contributing to the planning and development of our marketing and communications campaignsAssisting in the development and roll-out of internal and external collateral and assets for the broader Foundation team, including but not limited to newsletters, EDM, website, social and blog postsCreating, coordinating, scheduling and delivering content to reach and engage key audiences across key social platforms (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)Coordinating post campaign reporting and interpreting campaign results to support continuous improvement.Who are you?A go-getter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAn excellent communicator with the ability to create, write, edit and proof content for a range of audiences and channelsAn organiser who is passionate about the detail and delivery of quality workA digital native who stays ahead of trends and understands their impact on audience engagement.Key criteriaTo be successful in this role, you will possess the following:A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media or a related discipline or equivalent experienceMinimum of two years'' experience in a marketing and communications or project coordinator roleExperience in developing communication materials, including but not limited to blog posts, newsletters, social media, EDM and website contentAn understanding of marketing fundamentals, including demonstrated experience supporting end-to-end campaignsCreative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trendsStrong project management skills and experience in managing competing deadlines and stakeholder requirements.The following skills are also desirable:Understanding of SEO and SEM tools and softwareUnderstanding of Google Suite and AnalyticsExperience in working with Canva and WordPressExperience in working with video editing tools.What is our difference?When you join the team, youre not just doing another job.
