This position will work collaboratively and constructively with managers to ensure council attracts and retains a professional, responsive, highly skilled workforce which meets current and future business needs; this will be achieved through the provision of high level, strategic, professional, informed advice.About YouThe ideal candidate will have 4+ years proven experience and a strong academic foundation in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field. Youll be a strategic advisor, bringing contemporary HR knowledge, legislative fluency, and case management expertise to the table. Your ability to interpret awards and evaluate roles will support our evolving workforce. Youll lead with integrity, build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, and bring sharp interpersonal skills, resilience, and commercial acumen to the role.
