By applying, you confirm your availability to work across those days. At JD Sports, our customer is at the heart of everything we do. As a Department Supervisor, you will support the store management team by leading your department in providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining merchandising and visual standards and sales results within your department. Leading by example, you will coach and develop your team to deliver great in-store experiences. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time Support and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and a service over task environment Actively gain, maintain, and share product and brand knowledge for your department Support management to improve financial performance within your department Work with back-of-house team to ensure product availability Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence What We''re Looking For 2-3 years'' experience in retail or a similar industry Passionate about creating an amazing service experience and culture for customers Proven track record in driving and exceeding KPIs and effective communication skills Excellent time management skills to ensure timely execution of priorities What''s In It For You?
