Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.In the role of Small Business Banker, you will join the Small Business Banking team in Hamilton thats doubling down on customer obsession.In this Small Business Banker role, you will:Drive retention and growth of existing small business customers and acquire new business through external relationships.Grow revenue and drive customer advocacy, promoting NAB as a bank of choice.Manage small business lending requests up to $2 million, agribusiness lending requests up to $1 million, and home lending up to $5 million.Create strong and lasting partnerships with our branch colleagues, the wider NAB group, and externally with referral networks and brokers.Assess economic value and risk potential of new business to NAB.Provide expertise and insights about business options, balanced with risk considerations for growth and innovation.Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
