Our small and friendly team are what make this experience full of long-lasting memories.Leading the way for our Guest Services team (which encompasses a small retail area), you will guide them with your knowledge in and experience in a guest facing environment. You will lead the team ensuring that the day to day running is smooth and streamlined and making sure that the team is motivated and delivering an outstanding guest experience. Rostering, bookings, retail stock ordering and admin tasks will also play a major part of your day to day role.Qualifications & ExperienceYou will be passionate about the guest experience, understand guest/customer needs and be able to lead a small team to success.Supervisory experience isnt essential; however, as a minimum you will have a strong background in a customer service related industry. You will have great attention to detail, work well under pressure and ideally have an understanding of the tourism industry.
