In this role, youll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including the construction, maintenance, and fault/emergency restoration of our electricity distribution networkparticularly within Zone and Distribution Substations.Were looking for individuals with a strong can-do attitude, a collaborative approach, and a strong commitment to safety and service excellence. You''ll be joining a supportive team that offers real career development opportunities and the chance to make a tangible impact.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake the installation, maintenance, fault finding and repairs and basic testing of station equipment such as transformers, switchgear, etc.Conduct electrical tests, interpret the results and write reports on tests of substation equipment such as circuit breakers, cables and transformers; Substation and associated air systems, distribution transformer and switchgear testing following overhaul and/or repair; earth testing, portable tool and equipment testing; voltage testing and fault finding in Substations.
