For over 50 years, we have continued to set new benchmarks in tyre management; delivering savings with uncompromising standards of quality, safety and professionalism.We currently require an experienced Site Supervisor that is looking to take their next career step with a global leader in Tyre Management at Mangoola mine site in New South Wales. This role is open to those living locally or for DIDO.The Site Supervisor role will provide a high level of continuous service on site by supporting the operations of the workshop, office, stock and personnel, and will also ensure the contracted scope of work is performed and maintained to a high standard. Duties include:Prioritising and directing personnel to perform tyre fitting and workshop maintenance tasks in the most efficient, safe and cost-effective mannerMaintaining a safe and efficient workforce by providing constructive and positive feedback as well as provide initiatives for increased safety and performanceDemonstrating a high level of supervision to ensure all safety systems are presentLeading by example to ensure all personnel comply with site and company policies, procedures, instructions and Golden RulesActively promoting a safety culture across site operations that targets zero harm to personnel and the environmentABOUT YOUPreferably two years of supervisor experience in the earthmover industryA Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical Tyre Fitting Heavy or equivalent Tyre Fitting Competency; AUR21916/AUR21920 preferredA valid C Class driving licence; HR/LR advantageousComputer literacy particularly with Microsoft Office ApplicationsPossess a high level of initiative and the ability to work well under pressureAn understanding that safety is paramount, with a high attention to detail to abide by site safety proceduresPossess a high level of maturity, initiative and the ability to work well under pressureWHAT WE OFFER7 on, 7 off; day shift only (12 hour shifts)Competitive remuneration packageNumerous financial, lifestyle, health and wellbeing benefits including salary sacrifice options, novated leasing, discounts and support programsHOW TO APPLYPlease apply with your current resume to this application.
