With production underway at Paulsens and Kal East, a robust project pipeline, and rapid exploration across our tenements, the Company has a clear vision of sustainable multi-operation gold production.With the recent acquisition of the Lakewood Processing Facility (Lakewood), we plan to mine new open pits and head underground within the third quarter of 2025.With a number of exciting projects in the pipeline, its a great time to come on board, with plenty of opportunity to grow your career and be part of our exciting journey and future success.We are seeking Mine Geologist Graduates to join both our underground and open pit operations at the Kal East Gold Operation, contributing to the long-term success of the Kalgoorlie project.The position is FIFO from Perth or residential from Kalgoorlie with a negotiable roster. Lakewood is ~6km from Kalgoorlie, with our mining operations located within a 40km radius of the centralised processing facility.About the OpportunityWorking in close collaboration with Geologists our Mine Geologist Graduates key accountabilities include:Providing general support to the geology teams as needed.Collecting daily production data to inform mine planning.Daily face sampling and assisting with other production sampling responsibilities, including diamond core logging, wall sampling and underground mapping.Uploading sampling data to database management software.About YouWe are looking for a person with a positive and motivated can do attitudes, able to work collaboratively, and with a diverse range of people across all levels who understand we are all in this together.In addition, we require the following:Tertiary qualification in Geology or equivalent.Previous student vacation work within the mining industry or previous experience in site-based role (preferred).Basic understanding of 3D mining Software (Leapfrog, SURPAC, DESWIK or equivalent (preferred).Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Strong desire and drive for continuous improvement.Strong focus upon Health, Safety and Wellbeing culture essential.Western Australian Unencumbered C Class Drivers Licence.If you would like to know more about the above opportunity we would love to hear from you.
