Thats truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.About the roleThe Business Intelligence Analyst develops routine and pro-active claim analysis, creates a visual representation of data and communicates this analysis to relevant stakeholders, in order to support the TACs clients in getting their lives back on track.About the TeamReporting to the Senior Manager this role sits within Design and Optimisation Branch in the Enterprise Transformation Division. You will be joining a dynamic, fast paced branch who are curious and open to new ways of working.The Enterprise Transformation Division successfully delivers the organisations strategic priorities cost effectively and in a way that optimises organisational outcomes, client, employee and provider experience and a positive community impact. The division oversees the Portfolio, Program and Project Delivery for the TAC, as well as the technology development and operations (including digital) for the TAC.In this role you will also work closely alongside the Performance Insights & Analytics Branch in Performance Risk and Strategy however work directly alongside projects that support the Resolutions and Best Client Outcomes initiatives.
