We are a water utility serving one of the fastest growing regions in the country.We think a pretty good job starts here.About the role:Ready to shape the future of work at Unitywater?Were looking for a Business Agility Coach to join our Transformation and Change team, helping build a future-ready organisation thats aligned, adaptable and driven by customer and community, people, and sustainable network outcomes.As our Business Agility Coach, youll play a key role in embedding agility as a mindset and practice across the organisation, helping teams unlock new ways of thinking, working, and delivering value.This senior-level role is all about empowering people. Youll coach and guide teams to build the habits, skills, and behaviours needed to thrive in a future-ready workplace.
