The role will work closely with the business teams, providing financial analysis and advice on existing operations and future developments.Key AccountabilitiesPrepare monthly accounting information (including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow) to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of the financial position of AGL''s Gas Generation assets.Prepare monthly reporting and commentary on the key drivers of business performance, working closely with the business to maintain up to date forecast information.Ensure AGL financial systems including S4HANA and BPC are set up and maintained to capture and report the various assets.Working in conjunction with Group Finance, ensure the statutory and regulatory requirements associated with the various assets in the Gas Generation business are completed in a compliant and timely manner.What You''ll BringExperienced Management Accountant in Commerce or IndustryTertiary qualification in Business, Finance or Accounting.CA / CPA qualifications preferred.Ability to deliver high quality reporting in short timeframes.Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities and reporting deadlines.Experience with large ERP systems (SAP preferred) is advantageous.Strong analytical and communication and influencing skills.A motivated, proactive and professional attitude, high accountability, and ability to work collaboratively with othersWe''d love to see your application by 4 August 2025Inclusion at AGLAt AGL, we value diversity and welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, individuals with disabilities, culturally diverse individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
