You will need to speak directly to our residents, gaining their feedback and making adjustments.Your creativity with food and expertise in dining environments make this a unique opportunity to enrich the lives of our 90 residents.Duties Include But Are Not Limited ToOverseeing commercial cooking operations & staff supervisionRostering, ordering, invoicing & auditingStock control, preparing menus, adhering to the budgetEnsuring high quality presentation of all meals to residentsMid-High quantity cooking (90 clients) as required for leave coverAbout The TeamLocated in the picturesque township of Alstonville, Maranoa Centre sits on truly magnificent grounds.
