Become part of a critical team for The Western Renewables Link Project (WRL), the largest transmission build in over three decades, essential for unlocking Victorias renewable energy potential as the state transitions to cleaner, more sustainable energy. In this role, as the Engagement, Reporting, and Coordination Specialist, you will contribute to regional engagement, support the Stakeholder Engagement and Industry Engagement teams, and lead coordination of reporting across the Communications and Stakeholder and Industry Engagement Directorate (CSI) on the WRL project. This role also involves providing diverse coordination, support, and administrative assistance to the Director and Level 4 Managers and their teams working on the WRL project. The position is based in Ballarat and includes coordinating the WRL Ballarat office to support operations and the wider WRL teams. Your contribution will help foster a positive team culture and a safe, supportive, and effective workplace. This role will deliver tangible outcomes, including but not limited to: Contributing to engagement and leveraging local/regional knowledge to support stakeholder engagement during construction and early operations. Collaborating with delivery teams and contractors to plan and evaluate community engagement. Managing relationships with communities, businesses, suppliers, and local government (excluding hosting landholders). Overseeing delivery of projects and partnerships between AusNet and key stakeholders to create place-based value along the WRL footprint. Reviewing and preparing confidential reports, correspondence, and presentations, ensuring high-quality and consistent messaging. Coordinating monthly dashboard reports and project reports for internal and external stakeholders. Preparing agendas and minutes for internal project meetings and external stakeholder meetings as needed. Managing diaries and meetings, email correspondence, and providing strategic support to the Director - Delivery and Operations and CSI Managers. Supporting account management, including processing purchase orders and invoicing, in liaison with the Commercial Manager. We are looking for a good mix of: Experience with stakeholder and community engagement in local/regional project settings. Support and coordination experience within project management teams. Proven ability to produce high-quality reports, minutes, and agendas. Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and manage multiple priorities under pressure. Strong organizational skills and experience in coordinating meetings and preparing related documentation. Experience in an Assistant or Project Coordinator role.
