In this centralised role, youll support the implementation and continuous improvement of inspection and testing systems, ensuring practical, consistent application across our high-voltage infrastructure projects.Working closely with our Engineering, Project Delivery, and Construction teams, youll embed quality into every stage of the project lifecycle - from planning and design, through to site execution and commissioning.Based in one of our offices with travel to site around 2 weeks per month, this is a high-impact, highly collaborative role that gives you the opportunity to influence how Australias future energy assets are delivered.Key responsibilities:Drive the standardisation and continual improvement of inspection and testing processes across projectsSupport project teams in the setup and implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Certificates (ITCs)Conduct internal and supplier audits, reviews, and system health checksChampion non-conformance and root cause analysis processesDeliver training and guidance to project teams to uplift quality capability and embed best practicesInfluence a strong quality culture across both office and site environmentsDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:3+ years experience in quality, ideally on high voltage energy or civil infrastructure projects from either a project based or centralised function roleRecognised qualifications in Quality Management or a related fieldCertified or qualified quality auditor, with demonstrated experience planning and conducting audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalentPractical experience developing and implementing ITPs, ITCs, and inspection/testing systemsWorking knowledge of ISO 9001, and familiarity with AS3000, AS3600 and AS4100Ability to travel regularly to project sites and regional offices (approx. 2 weeks/month)A current Australian Drivers LicencePrevious experience planning and coordinating audits (ISO 14001 / 45001), using quality management platforms (e.g. Fulcrum, InEight), and PowerBI for reporting are highly desirableBe rewarded at CPP.At CPP, we value our people above all else.
