This position provides leadership to technicians on a daily basis.Your responsibilities include:Maintenance and repair of mechanical plant, including HVAC systems, piping, mechanical layouts, and control systemsSupporting daily operations, breakdowns, and contract servicingSupervising and supporting apprentices and HVAC techniciansContract management and deliverablesQuoting and managing small projectsDiagnosing HVAC system issuesMotivating the team to enhance customer satisfactionMeeting with clients to review assignments and resolve issuesAs a Team Leader, you should handle ambiguity well and believe in teamwork. You must manage multiple priorities through excellent planning, organization, and time management skills. A curiosity for learning and a collaborative mindset are essential.
