Based on the shop floor, youll lead a team of Store Managers, working shoulder to shoulder with your teams to empower them to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve commercial goals, and bring our brand values to life every day.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support 9 Store Managers across 10 stores in Victoria (including 3 regional)Drive sales, customer experience, and operational excellenceAnalyse store performance using tools like Shopify and Kepler to determine prioritiesEnsure consistent brand experience and visual merchandisingCoach and develop high-performing, motivated & engaged teamsFoster a culture of inclusion, learning, and community engagementWhat Youll Bring3+ years experience in multi-site retail management within fashion apparel (essential)Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams across multiple, geographically dispersed locationsStrong commercial acumen, ability to analyse and interpret sales data to drive prioritisation & decision-makingPassion for sustainable fashion, styling & creating exemplary customer experiencesExceptional communication and time management skillsDetailed working knowledge of POS systems & streamlined retail processes (Shopify preferred)Must have own, roadworthy vehicle and current, Australian Driver''s License (essential)In Return We OfferSalary and benefits commensurate with experienceAccess to our generous annual profit share incentive schemeGenuine commitment to work life balanceHighly collaborative, family centric and supportive work environmentMarket leading product discounts for you, your family & friendsYour birthday off every year2 days paid volunteer leave every yearWhy Join ELK?This is a rare part time opportunity (4 days, Tuesday - Friday with no late nights) within in a proudly B Corp certified, family-owned business, genuinely committed to sustainable fashion.
