Preferred location: Mascot, NSW, however, Wagga Wagga, or other Rex Locations may be considered for experienced candidate.ReportingThis position reports to the Engineering Quality and Compliance Manager.Duties And ResponsibilitiesConduct audits relating to Rex Group Maintenance, Engineering and Airworthiness Management activities in accordance with associated procedures.Contribute to the management and scheduling of the audit program.Assist in the management of findings: distribution, reporting and tracking actions.Perform general administrative duties associated with the Quality Management System (QMS) to facilitate continuous improvement and to ensure regulatory compliance obligations are met.Undertake investigations related to safety, quality, and compliance matters.Support the Quality and Safety Teams in developing and delivering regulatory, safety or compliance-based training.Ensure comprehensive document management for compliance and quality assurance records.Contributing to the effective management of change including the production of risk assessmentsProviding Engineering Quality support to other Rex Group entities consistent with applicable internal agreements and/or memorandums of understandingOther duties as requested by your manager/s. While this role is primarily involved with Engineering Quality and Compliance, it will also support broader Rex Group Quality and Safety initiatives / activities.Selection CriteriaExperience in aviation - Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (preferred) or flight operations.
