ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as an Implementation & Activation Associate Director Performance. This is a full-time position based in Sydney. The role is crucial in supporting WPPs mission to deliver consistency, excellence, and top-tier service for Amazon across its various businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the delivery of client media plans and ensure campaign objectives are met. Oversee workload and career development of direct reports (e.g., Coordinators, Executives, Associate Managers, Managers). Conduct regular performance evaluations, set SMART goals, and develop career plans with team members. Maintain relationships with client marketing assistants and managers during planning and buying processes. Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across Amazons various businesses, constructing robust implementation plans aligned with Amazons strategic priorities. Utilize WPP Open and other tools to demonstrate media planning principles such as scheduling, flighting, recency, effective reach, seasonality, and market prioritization. Ensure seamless campaign delivery to achieve outstanding results. Engage with media partners to understand the media landscape, challenge the status quo, and optimize outcomes for Amazon. Ensure all financial and compliance processes are followed accurately, including bookings and loadings. Stay updated on industry trends, especially in Social, Programmatic, and e-Commerce. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 4-8 years of experience in marketing and media. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for innovation and industry challenge. Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
