We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Outdoor Maintenance Worker to join our Home Care team.About The RoleAs an Outdoor Maintenance Worker, you will provide essential services such as window cleaning, lawn mowing, and minor outdoor tasks for our home care clients. Youll play an important role in supporting their wellbeing and independence through respectful and professional service.Key ResponsibilitiesLawn mowing and general yard maintenanceWindow and exterior cleaningMinor garden tidy-ups or outdoor maintenance as neededEnsuring equipment is maintained in a safe and working conditionProviding friendly, respectful service in line with Bundaleers valuesAbout You:Previous experience in outdoor maintenance, gardening, or cleaning roles (preferred)A genuine desire to help older people live independentlyGood time management and the ability to work unsupervisedPhysically fit and capable of manual outdoor workCurrent drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicleWillingness to undergo a National Police Check and provide COVID-19 vaccination evidenceSelection CriteriaPrevious experience in a Gardening/maintenance role.Able to demonstrate correct manual handling techniques.Good communication skills.Ability to work autonomously including problem solving.A current Police Check or willing to obtain.Manual drivers'' licence.Horticulture Certificate II or higher is desirable (not essential)Apply Now!If you''re passionate about making a difference and enjoy hands-on work in the outdoors, wed love to hear from you.To learn more about us visit: you for your consideration.
