You will liaise with staff and managersin a communication style relevant to the event, this will bethrough face-to-face, phone, text message and email.The benefits | Recognising your valueHourly rate $28.63 + super + casual loading +penalty rates for afternoons, nights and weekendsCareer break schemes, additional purchased leave andmoreCommitment to on-going professional and careerdevelopmentSubsidised access to your local gym and 200+ more acrossthe country with a Fitness Passport24/7 access to mental, physical, social and financialsupport via the LifeWorks appThe requirements | What it takes to do thisworkThe availability to work within the hours of 1:30pm- 8pmMonday-Friday, and 5:30am- 8pm on alternate weekendsHigh level of knowledge and experience working in arostering or scheduling role within a complex, fast paced andmultidisciplinary 24/7 industryWell-developed capacity to manage the competing demands ofa busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention todetailA sound working knowledge of Enterprise agreementinterpretation and fatigue management principlesExtensive knowledge of Rostering, Payroll process and TimeCapture systems including experience undertaking systemadministration functions to keep the Rostering system up todateDemonstrate effective communication skills and the abilityto liaise with staff and managers to coordinate shiftsWhat our people love about working hereA focus on purpose over profit: As anot-for-profit organisation, our leaders and board care deeplyabout the vision.
