This role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.Your responsibilities will include:Providing personalized service to ensure guests'' needs are met with the highest standardsAddressing guest complaints professionally and escalating issues when necessaryOffering courteous, efficient, and flexible service at all timesPerforming opening and closing procedures for the outlet you are scheduled inHaving a thorough understanding of all Food and Beverage services and products, and recommending food and beverage pairings, upselling, and cross-sellingRole Requirements:Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of startingExcellent communication skillsHigh standards of grooming and personal presentationPrevious Food & Beverage experience is highly regardedExperience with Micros POS system is highly regardedA career with Hyatt offers numerous opportunities.
