As the first contact for customers, our receptionist provides professional service face-to-face and over the phone. Your administrative skills will help create an exceptional customer experience.To be successful, you will demonstrate:Self-motivation to meet deadlines and be proactiveExperience prioritising conflicting demands in a fast-paced environmentExperience with social media, advertising, banking, expense processing, and other administrative tasksProfessional phone manner with excellent verbal and written skillsComputer proficiency, including MS Office; Canva knowledge is advantageousAbility to quickly learn internal systemsExperience working within a teamApply today!This job will remain posted until filled.
