Youll work closely with Employment Coaches, Site Managers and external stakeholders to create safe, inclusive and empowering workplaces.Youll oversee case management, training, behavioural support, and goal development for employees we support, while also contributing to operational compliance, efficiency, safety and financial sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of committed Employment Coaches in supporting employees with disabilities or other barriers to employment to succeed in their careers. This includes supporting transitions to work, transitions to open employment, and transitions to retirement.Oversee induction, goal development and NDIS plan preparationEnsure effective use of NDIS funding and align workforce planning with business needs.Mentor and guide Employment Coaches in person-centred, rights-based employment supports, including complex case management, behaviour support and trauma-informed approaches.Lead learning and professional development across the site, including training of Employment Coaches, training of employees that we support and ensuring compliance with changing legislative requirements.Lead business improvement processes for all ECs, identifying and implementing innovative and effective solutions to processes, policies and procedures.What Youll BringMinimum 2 years experience in a related fieldDesirable Qualification of bachelors degree in social work or similar preferredExperience in disability support, social work, adult education, or supported employmentKnowledge of trauma-informed care and NDIS standardsProficiency in MS Office and client safety systemsWillingness to obtain Blue Card, Yellow Card and National Police CertificateApply HereIf this is the opportunity for you, click Apply.
