Our mission is to empower individuals and enhance the communities we engage with through compassionate, collaborative, and people-focused services.About The RoleChallenge Community Services is looking for a Coordinator of Supports to join our team. In this role, youll work with people living with a disability to help them build skills, connect with their community, and reach their goals through the NDIS.Youll work directly with clients and families, coordinating the right supports, building community connections, and ensuring services meet individual needs.
