Were looking for an empathetic, experienced individual to join our team as Peer Worker within the Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub. In this role, you will use your lived experience to build meaningful, peer-to-peer relationships, inspire hope, and create connections that foster positive change and a brighter future for those navigating recovery.Responsibilities include:Build mutual relationships based on shared experiences and curiosity, fostering hope and social change.Work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, carers, and other community partner organisations to deliver the best possible comprehensive service to customers.Work as part of the team to provide a range of psychosocial and wellbeing supports to customers and their carers, both individually and in groups.Help clients develop their strengths and recovery goals, promote hope, choice, and social connectedness, and collaborate with staff and service providers to enhance recovery-oriented mental health and substance use services.To view a copy of the full Position Description, click here.
