We are happy to accommodate a start date best suited to the successful candidate.The role is a part time position working Monday, Thursday and Friday, with 8 hour shifts between 8am to 9pm.Role Overview:As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.Billing procedures private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.What we''re looking for: Clear verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
