Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand, Marketing and Events, and working closely with the Creative and Digital Production Lead, you will support the delivery of marketing and engagement activities across a range of Good Shepherd programs and initiatives.This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in marketing or communications, looking to deepen their experience in a purpose-driven organisation. You will help keep projects on track, coordinate resources, and ensure campaigns, events, and creative outputs are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. We can offer flexibility to structure your part time week around school pick up, or full days if you prefer.Your proactive and organised approach will see you working closely with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to bring initiatives to life across various channels. Youll be supported to grow your skills, contribute ideas, and take ownership of key processes in a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain digital platforms - regularly update content across WordPress and Google sites, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.Support design coordination - assist the Production Lead in briefing and liaising with external designers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of creative assets.Collaborate on marketing communications - work closely with the Communications Coordinator to support activity across social media, newsletters, and internal communication channels.Oversee merchandise portal operations lead the ongoing management and upkeep of the merchandise portal, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.Coordinate events provide administrative and logistical support for both small-scale community events and larger organisational activations.Assist with place-based marketing support the development and installation of location-specific marketing initiatives.Maintain administrative systems ensure team documentation, Trello boards, and invoice records are accurate and up to date.Conduct basic reporting compile and present performance data for websites, marketing campaigns, and merchandise usage to support informed decision-making.About YouYou hold a degree or diploma in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.You bring experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative processes.You have excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Your written and verbal communication skills are clear, professional, and effective.Strong administrative skills across tracking, documentation, and project coordination, with a proactive approach to improving team processes.Collaborative and approachable, with a curious mindset and confidence working across teams and with external partners.Youre confident using platforms such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Trello, SharePoint, Google Workspace, and social media tools.Basic design or content creation skills (e.g. Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) are highly regarded.Experience in the not-for-profit, social impact, or community sectors is favourable.About UsOur 2023-2027 strategy outlines the world we want to see and our role in advancing it.
