We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is committed to providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, families and visitors. Working as part of the Front Office team, this role requires someone with a strong team focus and ability to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, warmth, and discretion in all interactions. This role would ideally suit someone with experience as a First Aid Officer (or nursing background) as the role will provide valuable expertise in handling on campus emergency First Aid to the Colleges student and staff population, in addition to an array of administrative and clerical duties.Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.About YouAs an experienced, highly organised and self-motivated individual, you will have:Excellent customer service skillsPrevious experience in a First Aid/Nursing and Office AdministrationExcellent organisational, time management and administrative skillsExceptional communication skills and the ability to build effective relationshipsA caring and empathetic approach when dealing with young peopleEnjoy working in a dynamic team orientated environmentThe ability to stay calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situationsAn understanding of and ability to contribute to the mission of St Patricks College as a Catholic schoolCET supports the rights of children and young people and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment directed at ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
