This role demands both strategic oversight and active involvement in day-to-day operations.This role is a One year FTC based in Sydney/ Melbourne location.ResponsibilitiesLeading day-to-day SAP operations for finance, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.Providinghands-on support across all SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, etc.).Troubleshooting and resolvingincidents, service requests, and defects in collaboration with business and technical teams.Supporting and enhancingCATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) processes and integrations.Managingreinsurance-related processes and ensure accurate financial postings.Coordinatingwith SAP Basis, Security, and Development teams for system changes and upgrades.Monitoring system performance and drive improvements in operational efficiency.Supporting month-end and year-end financial close activities.Mentoring junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.Required SkillsMinimum4 years of experience in a lead or managerial capacitywithin SAP operations.10+ years of hands-on support across all SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, etc.).Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP integration points.Working knowledge ofCATSandReinsuranceprocesses in SAP.Experience in managing SAP operations in a complex, regulated environment.Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Good to have:Exposure toFSCD(Financial Services Collections and Disbursements).Knowledge ofRE-FX(Flexible Real Estate Management).Experience with S/4HANA environments.SAP certifications in relevant modules.Mandatory Skills: SAP FI - Insurance .Experience: 8-10 Years.Reinvent your world.
