You bring a strong understanding of APRA, ASIC, and other regulatory bodies, and have a proven track record in designing and implementing effective compliance controls. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail enable you to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, business-aligned solutions. Youre confident in conducting control gap assessments, compliance monitoring, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement. Youre a clear and persuasive communicator, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels. Your ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver actionable insights makes you a trusted advisor within the business. A bachelors degree in Law, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field is essential, and professional certifications such as AACI or ACI 10980NAT will be highly regarded.
