Were on the lookout for driven, collaborative individuals who are ready to make an impact in the pharmaceutical sales industry and align with our core values of integrity, collaboration, and the highest levels of customer-service.The Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Hospital Sales Representative in Oncology, you will play a key role in driving sales, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering innovative solutions that support better patient outcomes. Your primary focus will be achieving and exceeding sales targets by promoting PBS-reimbursed oncology therapies that align with both clinical needs and our companys mission.Identify and prioritize key customers (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescribing decisions, using data-driven insights to inform strategyDrive sales performance by delivering meaningful, high-value customer engagements that support clinical decision-makingConduct value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to understand customer needs, treatment landscapes, and areas of opportunityTailor engagement strategies by leveraging customer insights, preferred communication channels, and compliant promotional contentFoster long-term partnerships with oncology specialists, coordinating collaborative initiatives and facilitating speaker meetings in line with compliance standardsSkills & ExperienceA minimum of 1 years'' experience as a Hospital / Speciality Sales Representative.Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regarded.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.Full Australian working rights and reliable vehicle with 5 star ANCAP safety ratingBenefits & PerksAt DBG Health, we offer more than just a job we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
