Its an ideal place for a relaxed lifestyle and meaningful work.About the RoleAs a Health Services Administrator, youll be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Health Services team. Youll contribute to the smooth running of clinical and operational functions, supporting compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across a highly regulated environment.What Youll Need to SucceedQualificationsCertificate III or IV in Business Administration (desired but not essential willingness to undertake is welcomed)ExperiencePrevious administration experience is essentialExperience in customer service, hospital, or prison environments is highly regardedFamiliarity with electronic health or offender management systems (desirable)Knowledge & SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholdersAdaptable communication style and interpersonal approachPersonal AttributesHigh levels of integrity and confidentialityTeam-focused and supportiveCommitment to quality, service, and cultural respectProfessional, dependable, and calm under pressureWe focus on serving governments all over the globe.
