As the trusted partner for companies looking to expand their reach in Asia and beyond, we are dedicated to driving growth across our Business Units: Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Performance Materials, and Technology.As the Supply Chain Development Lead, you will drive various supply chain projects to create value and drive down costs from conception through to delivery and benefits realization to prepare the BU for capacity upgrade and implement supply chain best practices.Key Responsibilities:Architect scalable supply chain models aligned with BU & Client growth objectivesDevelop long-term BU & Client specific network strategies (e.g., sourcing, production, distribution) and hybrid models leveraging internal operations and 3PL/4PL partnersDevelop projected and actual cost forecast reports and analyses to facilitate Business Unit management decision-makingIdentify and lead BU & Client supply chain transformation initiativesStandardize processes across Clients, BU & DKSH to improve efficiency and reduce costsImplement best practices for planning, inventory, and fulfillmentDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across procurement, logistics, planning, and inventoryLead the implementation of tools and foster automation and AI adoptionDrive change management across supply chain teams and external partnersEmbed ESG principles into BU & Client supply chain practices and supplier selectionDevelop resilient BU & Client supply networks through risk assessment and mitigation strategiesQualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fieldUpto 3 years experience in supply chain or planning function role within FMCGExtensive knowledge in supply chain with a focus on logistics (third party management)Supply chain development experience would be an advantageProject and program management experienceStrong commercial and financial acumenKnowledge of sales forecasting, material requirements planning and purchase order processingKnowledge of transportation sourcing including user requirements, carrier sourcing, Request for Proposal (RFP), carrier selection & implementationSelf starter with a can do attitude and hands on approachLeadership skills with high level of interpersonal and persuasive skillsAnalytical approach with good attention to detailDKSH is proud to be an inclusive workplace that values diversity.
