Were home to quality pieces, made for you and your life.With our iconic logo, we are one of the most renowned Australian retail brands and for almost 100 years, we have held a special place in the hearts and minds of Australian families.Were immensely proud of our history and are looking for people to join us who are as excited by our future as we are.Join the teamWe have an exciting 12 month fixed term contract (FTC) opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to oversee elements for delivery of the systems or process that require interface with the Warehouse Management System (WMS)and Target execution systems through key facilities of Supply Chain (SC) network.What will you do?Support system and process development to optimize SC capability including new processes requirements, additional reports, and minor changes to configurationMaintain and control Standard Operating procedure documentation and other administrative requirements as requiredMonitor and address system performance through the collation of metrics from operational resources and through issue identification and resolution of system related issuesPerform "maintenance style" configuration of the WM system (e.g., new routes, new pick zones) and high- level trouble shooting of the technical issues and drive timely resolution with IT support teamsIdentify continuous process and system improvement opportunities for RDC operations including active involvement in projectsSupport SC Regional Distribution Centre Operations and SC Central Operations with administration and operational support as required during peak or critical periodsFlexible with working hours and willing to work across Australia to support Targets deployment planSafetyAccountable for a safe workplace by identifying and reporting safety concerns and leading by example by maintaining a safe working environment and demonstrating safe working behaviour and ensuring team members receive appropriate safety training.What are we looking for?Warehouse Management System (WMS) capability and support experience (highly regarded)Understanding of WMS and RF configuration and set up (highly regarded)Strong stakeholder management and customer service mindsetEvidence of strong problem solving and analytical mindsetPassion for technology and systems with an interest in continuous improvementBenefits Well OfferAccess to our team member discount program which can be used across our company network, including Target, Kmart, Bunnings, and OfficeworksA free OnePass membership offering free delivery across Target and Kmart on eligible products.Access to our benefits program, which entitles you to exclusive discounts and benefits in the areas of entertainment, travel, lifestyle, and health, with over 60 suppliers.Kudos recognition programA place you can belong.We celebrate the rich diversity of the communities in which we operate.
