The Business Development Representative is responsible for maximizing the profitable sales of products by providing a serviced total supply solution to nominated existing key account customers and identify new markets to diversify and actively grow the total Campbells Branch customer base. Initiate and develop new business across all nominated areas and identify opportunities throughout the FMCG and Foodservice categories.In this RoleSeek out new initiatives and opportunities to develop businessBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships as well as managing customer relationships to maximize overall sales potentialIntroduce new categories to existing customersAchieve Budgeted sales & margin in line with budget documentManage contract pricing by customer and review as necessaryContinuously look for ways to meet and exceed customer expectationsYoure Likely a Match IfProven sales experience with a strong focus on customer service excellenceSolid understanding of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industryExcellent communication and organisational skillsIn-depth knowledge of the Gold Coast marketProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Skilled in data analysis to support business insights and decision-makingLife at Metcash Experience a supportive and flexible work environment.
