Recognized as a Top Employer 2022 in five countries, including Australia, they pride themselves on fostering a supportive and high-performing culture.About the RoleWere seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to support the HSE Manager and Site Manager in implementing and maintaining best-practice HSE systems on a major renewable energy construction project. Youll be part of a passionate, high-performing team that lives by Accionas safety values and drives a proactive safety culture.ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery of the Site HSE Management PlanConduct and present site inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE meetingsMonitor and review contractor work practices, SWMS, and risk controlsParticipate in inspections, audits, incident investigations, and risk workshopsMaintain HSE documentation and administer systems (e.g., Enablon, Rapid)Assist with regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiativesFoster a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountabilityQualifications and Experience5+ years HSE experience in high-risk construction environmentsDiploma in OHS and/or Environment (preferred)ICAM-trained with experience in incident investigationStrong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skillsConfident in implementing and improving safety systemsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety platformsValid drivers licence and flexibility to travel as requiredBenefitsDiverse workloadJoin a supportive team environmentScope to learn and develop professionallyGlobal leader in renewable projectsCompetitive salary and benefits with annual bonusHow to ApplyIf you are interested and believe you have the right skill set and experience, please submit your application through the "apply now" button.
