Our audit process is more than a compliance measure. Our robust, independent audits deliver actionable insights and add substantial value for our clients. We are fiercely independent. We work with ASX-listed companies, privately owned businesses and Not for Profits and take the time to understand the organisation, including its profit drivers and key risks.You will use Grant Thorntons proprietary global audit methodology, the latest technology to drive an efficient and effective audit process to gain a wide range of assurance exposure.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive independent statutory audits of public listed and unlisted companies, proprietary companies, incorporated associations and other not-for-profit entities and government bodies financial reportsCreate complete and accurate audit work papersIdentify and report on client financial risksExpand your analytical skills to examine clients financial statements and ensure they comply with statutory requirementsInvestigate difficult technical and application issues to improve client outcomesSkills & ExperienceExperience in similar Audit & Assurance environment with sound knowledge of IFRSCA/CPA full qualification or other relevant overseas qualificationExceptional client relationship skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment to meet deadlinesForward-thinking approach to drive innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, decision-making, and team member experienceThe salary range for this role is $82,000 to $95,000 (depending on experience level) inclusive of superannuation.If youre interested in this role but dont feel that you match every single one of our requirements, we would still love to hear from you and explore the unique skillset and attributes that you can bring to the team.Reach your remarkableAt Grant Thornton we do things differently because we understand that when you strive for better and care about what you do remarkable things are possible.
