We celebrate our global presence, by supporting our culturally diverse team around the world.Your OpportunityResponsible for providing effective and accurate analytical support to the Global store teams by producing monthly operational targets, detailed variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting as required.Finance Business Partner for Retail and OnlineLead process improvement of financial and operational reporting across the businessDaily, weekly and monthly report preparation and distribution on key store metricsGlobal forecasting of sales and wagesUtilising BI reporting and managing forecast uploadsMonth end journals, review and reconciliation for retail related transactionsPresent monthly retail results, highlighting areas of success and challengesPartner and provide insight and analysis of monthly results for retailPrepare and distribute quarterly Regional, State and Country Manager bonus reportingProvide retail with relevant wage forecasts for new and closing stores and for sale and stocktake periodsSupport Accounts Payable with invoice coding for store costsAssisting in building reports and key Sales KPI dashboardsIdentify through financial analysis cost reduction opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with stakeholders including retail operations, IT and department heads.We Are Looking For The Below Skillset And ExperienceA relevant Finance Degree and be part way through or have completed CA/CPA (highly regarded)Previous experience as a Finance / Business Analyst in the fashion retail industry (would be beneficial)Advanced Excel skillsProficient IT Platform user who can demonstrate implementation of IT efficienciesThe ability to respond to and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracyA sound understanding of accounting and financial principlesDemonstrated understanding of Customer experience and ability to build productive relationships with both internal and external CustomersProven ability to plan, organise and deliver results on time in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skills essentialProven ability to take initiative, solve problems and be resourcefulProven ability to thrive in a busy, hands-on environment and maintain a positive, can do attitudeExcellent professional verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated working both independently & in a team environmentOur Benefits And PerksEnjoy these perks when you join Lovisa!Join a global business offering endless career opportunitiesSupportive diverse and inclusive team environmentStrong culture -
