Our commitment to reliability, integrity, and results drives our mission, and we are dedicated to providing stability, growth, and development opportunities for all our valued employees.About The OpportunitySecurecorp is excited to announce a great opportunity for motivated and experienced Team Leader of Control Room Operators.Reporting to the Site Supervisor this is an integral position responsible for helping the Site Supervisor to lead a team of approximately twenty (20) Control Room Operators, acting as a key point of contact to ensure high standards of security and compliance are maintained and managing the day-to-day operations of the Broadmeadows site.The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:Provide leadership to ensure consistent approach to client service and full compliance with SOPs Service and Delivery Assurance (auditing and reporting requirements).Maintain contact with clients regarding effective use of personnel to meet client needs and wants. Address any client issues in a timely and effective manner.help with interviews and hiring of new security officers. Identify and report training needs or issues required in maintaining a high standard of delivery by site team.Ensure the delivery of security and safety to the assigned site, its contractors and/or visitors, and the monitoring and coordination of an effective security presence, complimented by exemplary customer service.Perform general administrative duties such as database management, creating/maintaining spreadsheets, records keeping, report writing and other adhoc duties.Coordinate staff rosters, training sessions and drive continues improvement to contribute towards operational excellence.12 Hr Rotating Roster - Days & NightsKey Selection CriteriaWere looking for candidates who:Previous experience as a Team Leader or similar role minimum 2 yearsHave extensive experience in the control room and have the CRO licenseKnowledge across any of the following or similar software: Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec, Ascom, and Passagepoint.Have strong administrative skills, computer competency and excellent email etiquette.Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced team environment and experience with Fire-Panels.Strong Knowledge of Microsoft suite.Hold a current Security Licence with a Control Room endorsement.Current First Aid and CPR Certification.Valid Drivers licence with transport.Willing to obtain National Police Check and ASIC clearance.Can work collaboratively in a team or independently.Employee BenefitsRecognition and Rewards: Celebrate your achievements with our employee rewards and commendations.Career Growth: Take advantage of opportunities for career progression and professional development.Wellbeing Support: Access our Employee Assistance Program and wellbeing platform, featuring free health checks and exclusive discounts at major retailers, restaurants, fitness centres, and more (like Apple, Fitness First, Hello Fresh, Google Store, Booking.com).Skill Development: Enhance your skills and knowledge through our online professional and personal programs.Are you seeking a fulfilling, long-term career dedicated to safeguarding our communities.
