From strategy to hands-on execution, youll scale with precision, uncover new growth opportunities, and drive consistent, measurable results. Youll also collaborate closely with our creative and campaign teams on paid social to ensure alignment across all performance touchpoints.But this isnt a siloed role. Youll work side by side with our creative, category, pricing, product, and on-site teams to make sure no stone is left unturned. Whether its surfacing new insights, building better funnels, or squeezing more from existing channels, youll be at the centre of it all. Helping us turn good performance into great.What youll be doingLead the end-to-end growth strategy and execution across Google and emerging platforms. Own the full performance marketing funnel from audience targeting to conversion optimisation, with a relentless focus on maximising LTV to CAC efficiency. Collaborate closely with our creative and campaign teams to drive impact across Meta, TikTok, and other social channels.Collaborate closely with creative and brand teams to develop, test, and optimise ad creative. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve performance, ensuring creative assets capture attention and convert at scale.Drive our structured test and learn roadmap. You will prioritise channels and tactics, design experiments to validate hypotheses, and define success metrics before scaling. Youll get hands-on with data building models, analysing results, and making decisions rooted in solid evidence.Contribute to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) discussions and budget allocation. Leverage your deep understanding of incrementality and channel interactions to guide smarter media investment and maximise return on ad spend.Monitor and report on campaign performance regularly. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders to inform strategy and optimisations.Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations. Balance quick wins with long-term scalable strategies that build lasting momentum.The ideal toolbox5+ years experience in a growth, performance, or analytics role within an e-commerce, marketplace, or similar B2C business. You have a proven track record of driving measurable growth in fast-paced digital environments.Deep expertise in scaling Paid Search (Google) and/or Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) with significant budgets. You understand how to optimise campaigns for efficiency and growth at scale, balancing short-term wins with long-term brand impact.Strong analytical capability with confidence building complex models in Sheets or similar tools. You have hands-on experience applying incrementality frameworks and working with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to inform budget allocation and channel strategy.Hands-on experience with analytics and data tools such as GA4, FullStory, Looker, SQL, Python or similar.
