Your role will be critical in identifying key trends and insights, sharing these with Frontline Services to drive improvements in performance and quality, and enabling informed decision-making, resource allocation, and strategic planning. As part of The Performance Quality and National Workload Management Branch, you will play a key part in influencing a high-quality end-to-end participant experience through the delivery of Continuous Improvement, a Quality Management Framework, and Performance Management activities.This is a 12-month opportunity, commencing on August 25th (pending clearance), with full-time hours, located in Robina. The hourly rate for the APS6 level is $60.26 plus super.Duties And ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding, extracting, and presenting data using reporting products such as Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and SAS libraries and data, to coordinate branch reporting and monitor and track improvement outcomes.Driving the creation, refinement, and maintenance of projection modelling tools in Excel and other software.Generating forecasting reports, visualisations, and insights using Excel-based projection modelling for operational and strategic use.Interpreting trends and performance results in the context of business operations and strategies.Drafting communication pieces and presenting business insights and recommendations.Undertaking quality assurance processes, including quality checks with reports, quality trend analysis, and outcomes analysis.Implementing and managing processes to track Division performance, including identifying risks to performance and proposing mitigation measures.Providing leadership and mentoring to upskill and support APS5 Analysts.Cascading and connecting key performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.Liaising with, managing relationships, and educating key agency stakeholders to build knowledge on reporting products and data literacy.Identifying best practice approaches through qualitative and quantitative review.Key Skills/experience RequiredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (including, but not limited to advanced charting, Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formula functions).Strong knowledge of Salesforce analytical tools, including ability to prepare and present business intelligence reports utilising the analytical tools.Experience using JIRA is highly desirable.Experience generating forecasting reports, visualisations and insights using excel based projection modelling for operational and strategic use.Confident interpreting trends and performance results in the context of business operations and strategiesUnderstanding of qualitative and quantitative analysis.Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision as an effective member of a team, using a high level of initiative to manage competing priorities.Ability to apply judgment to resolve issues and make evidence-informed decisions.Ability to respond to changing priorities, support various functions as needed, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.Experience using JIRA (desirable).Must be an Australian citizen to apply.Undertaking a temporary contract through Randstad will give you exclusive access to our candidate benefits portal.
