This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in our Newcastle office. Key Responsibilities Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in outbound environments. Effective time management and ability to achieve KPIs through goal setting. Resilience and a positive attitude. Strong sales closing skills, including cross-selling and generating revenue. Ability to adapt communication style to customer needs, using transactional and consultative approaches. Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage key decision-makers. Commitment to continuous product knowledge and skill development. Self-motivated with a desire to achieve high performance and collaborate internally.
